Here are some matters of Arctic Circle China Forum.
Please make sure to check in the forum and take the conference materials at the following time and place.
Time: 10: 00 – 20: 00, 9th May(if you arrive before this time, we suggest you to check in on 9th May); 8: 00-9: 00, 10th and 11th May
Place: Gate 4, Shanghai Science & Technology Museum.
Note: Pay registration fee by credit card or cash(if you have not done the payment before).
After check-in, you can choose to take our shuttle bus back to the hotel.
You can take the subway directly to Shanghai Science & Technology Museum Station. Our volunteers will be at the exit 7 and 8 of the metro station on 9th May and they will show you the route to the registration desk.The addresses and telephone number of the four hotels and the museum are listed below.

During the conference on 10th and 11th May, there will be shuttle bus going between the hotels and the museum during specific time period.
Speakers are supposed to upload their slides and other materials in advance. Please send your slides and other materials by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before May 7th (included) by 24:00. All the materials and slides will be in the specific computers. The speakers will hold a pager and control the slides by their selves. There will be a small screen on the podium face to the speaker for their convenience to watch the slides in the round hall. Besides, there will be an addtional video cable, prepared for speakers who prefer using their own computers or other sudden situations. Every breakout session rooms will have a computer to play the slides, and all the materials will be put into the computer in advance by meeting staff. For people who are willing to change the materials, they should inform the staff 15 minutes before the start. It is able to use video files and audio files and there is no special format requirements. The slides should be in .ppt format.
